Richard E. Weghorst, 85, of Wheelersburg, died Saturday morning in the Southern Ohio Medical Center emergency room. Survivors include his wife, Rebecca Weghorst. Arrangements are pending at the BRANT FUNERAL HOME IN SCIOTOVILLE.
