Robert Carl Spencer, 34 of Portsmouth, died Friday, August 14, 2026 as a result of a car accident. He was born November 18, 1991 in Portsmouth to the late Bobby Spencer and Carla Copas Blair who survives.
Along with his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents; Carl Copas and Robert and Naomi Spencer.
Robert was an associate manager at Super Quick in West Portsmouth.
He is survived by his mother Carla Copas Blair, 2 sons; Caiden Spencer and William Spencer, a daughter Annalisa Spencer, his girlfriend, Stephanie Hall, 3 brothers; Jonathon Spencer, Jared Spencer and Austin Schmidt, 2 sisters; Tiffany Anderson and Nevaeh Stevens-Copas, his grandmother, Mary Copas, the mother of his boys, Tabitha Spencer along with several, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday August 20, 2026 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 7:00 PM on Wednesday and one hour prior to the service on Thursday. The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the funeral home.
