Robert Timothy Wolfenbarker, 62, of South Shore, KY., passed away Saturday, February 1, 2025. Tim was born September 30, 1962, in Portsmouth, OH a son of Betty Blizzard Wolfenbarker and the late Randolph “Randy” Wolfenbarker.
Tim recently retired from HarbisonWalker International, also known as the Brickyard in South Shore, Ky. He was mostly known in the community as Wolfy or Coach. He enjoyed being on the board of Stan Spence Little League, coaching for Greenup JFL and basketball for McKell where he instilled the love of the game to a whole generation. His greatest joy was attending his grandkids’ sporting events and performances.
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a brother, Terry Wolfenbarker, one, brother-in-law, Danny Fisher, and father-in-law, William “Bill’ Bentley.
Surviving along with his mother are his wife, Kimberly Ann Bentley Wolfenbarker; two sons, Robert “Trent” Wolfenbarker and his wife Leann and Brandon “Tyler” Wolfenbarker and his wife Suzanne, a daughter, Kaylee Jo-Ann Wolfenbarker Cornette and her husband Garett, seven grandchildren, Brandon “Skyler” Wolfenbarker, Aaliyah Wolfenbarker, Tylann Wolfenbarker, Weston Cornette, Elijah Wolfenbarker, Andilee Cornette, and Lydia Wolfenbarker, a sister, Brenda Fisher, and two brothers, Richard Wolfenbarker and his wife Caren, and Randall Wolfenbarker, a sister-in-law Kathi Bentley Veach, and her husband Raymond, mother-in-law, Brenda Hall Bentley, and several nieces, nephews, and players that will carry on his memories.
Funeral Services will be at 11 A.M. Thursday, February 6, 2025, at Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home with Trent Wolfenbarker officiating. Burial will follow at Siloam Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Visitation for family and friends will be Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at the funeral home from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. and one hour before the service on Thursday.
