Seth Frank Reese, 38, of South Webster, passed away Monday, October 16, 2023 at his home. Seth was born in Portsmouth to the late Ricky Reese and Tammy (Adkins) Woodruff.
Seth was a graduate of South Webster High School. He loved the outdoors especially deer hunting. He loved anything with an engine, he participated in demolition derbies and loved to race. He also loved riding four wheelers. Seth was very talented with his hands, he loved to work with hand tools and could fix anything. He also loved to scrap and junk. Seth also enjoyed listening to all kinds of music. Seth is survived by his father and mother, Bryan and Tammy Woodruff of South Webster; his children which he loved dearly including, a son, Myles of West Portsmouth; three daughters, Madison, Maisie both of West Portsmouth and Aspen of Utah; two sisters, Heather Reese of South Webster and Brandy Woodruff and boyfriend Sam McGraw of Wheelersburg; many aunts, uncles, and cousins including special uncle, Donnie Adkins of Wheelersburg; three nephews, Aaron Taylor, Jace McGraw, and Waylon Reese; two nieces, Haylee Reese and Niah McGraw; grandparents, James and Wanda Taulbee of Wheelersburg and James and Wanda Fraley of Oak Hill.
Seth was preceded in death by his father, Ricky Reese; sister, Haley Woodruff; grandparents, Evan R. Reese and Glenna Davis; great grandparents, Jerry and Zolena McGlone; and uncles, David McGlone and Everett McGlone. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, October 23, 2023 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in South Webster with pastors, Danny Campbell and Ronnie Richmond officiating. Interment will follow at South Webster Cemetery.
