Portsmouth Police Officers responded to a variety of complaints about suspicious activity over the weekend.
Just before 1:30 am, a Robinson Avenue caller reported someone sitting in their yard with a flashlight. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke to a woman who agreed to take her belongings and leave the property.
Half an hour later, a caller reported a couple having sex in a truck parked at the Social Security Office. Officers spoke to the parties involved and reported both were intoxicated. The man decided to walk home, and the woman got a ride.
Just after 9 am, a caller reported someone slumped over the wheel of a gold Impala on Grant Street. Officers said the man did not appear to be under the influence, but his license was suspended. He agreed to have a licensed driver come fetch his vehicle.
Police received another report of someone passed out in a vehicle at 3 pm, this time at the CVS on 11th Street. The woman was alert when officers arrived, but they discovered her license was suspended and advised her not to drive the vehicle.
