Shanna Lennette Bracken, 44, of Otway, Ohio, passed at 4:09 p.m. Friday, September 24, 2021.
Shanna was born on September 26, 1976, in Wilmington, Ohio, the daughter of Randy Bracken and the late Phyllis Ann (Stacey) Moore.
Surviving are her five children, Chasity Baldwin and husband Harrison, Shyla Williams, Trey Bracken, Shyanne Powers and Carley Powers, her four grandchildren, Madison, Hunter, Hailey, and Mason Baldwin, her father, Randy Bracken, her sister, Renetta Bracken and her two stepbrothers, Richard (Amy) Anderson and Chad Anderson.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Phyllis Moore, brother, Todd Bracken, and stepmother, Tina Bracken.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at the Howe Wheeler Boyer Funeral Home, Piketon, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 2, 2021, at the Howe Wheeler Boyer Funeral Home in Piketon with Pastor Brad Huffman officiating. Burial will follow in Locust Grove Cemetery, Peebles, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Boyer Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
