Sheila K. McNutt, 72, of New Boston, passed away, surrounded by her loving family, after a hard fought battle with Amyloidosis.
She went home to be with Jesus on Friday August 25, 2023. She was born June 20, 1951 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Charles W. Broughton and Doris (Riggles) Broughton. She was a member of Apostolic Lighthouse Church in New Boston, loved to read, take care of her flowers, enjoyed nature of anykind and most of all, spending time with her family. Sheila is survived by her children, Tamie (Bill) Redmond of Sciotoville, Paul (Bonnie Jean) McNutt of Minford, Lissa (Timothy) Baker of Lucasville, Shannon (Randall) Boggs and Misty (Eddie) Boza all of Wheelersburg; brothers, Ronnie Broughton of New Boston and Ricky (Sheree) Broughton of West Portsmouth; a sister Barbara (Jim) Hill of New Boston, 15 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul McNutt, a sister Brenda Thomas and a grandson Jeremiah Baker. Funeral Services will be 1 PM Wednesday August 30, 2023 at Apostolic Lighthouse Church with Pastor Ron Baker officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Burial Park.
