Some people really seem to enjoy the accommodations at the Scioto County Jail and come back again and again.
Portsmouth police picked up one such individual while they were checking reports of people living inside a condemned house on Robinson Avenue.
When police checked the home, they discovered William Lee Nixon. The probation department had an open warrant for the 29-year-old man for probation violation, plus officers arrested him for criminal trespass.
This was his 6th arrest in less than a year. Previous arrests include obstructing official business, violating a protection order, criminal damaging, disorderly conduct, menacing, and criminal trespass.
Once again, officers booked him into the Scioto County Jail.
