Portsmouth Police got more than they bargained for when they responded to a report of an apparently high man flipping out in a field across from Bridgeport Rehab.

The caller said there was a white Caddy parked nearby that had been there for several days. Police discovered the vehicle had been reported stolen.
Officers called for a tow truck and notified the vehicle’s owner.
