Officers notified the owner and began tracking a suspect in the woods. They tracked the suspect to Ruhlman before losing them around 7:05 pm. But five minutes later, a Ruhlman resident reported spotting someone in their yard and thought they might have caught them on camera.

Officers retrieved evidence and photographed the vehicle as well as impounded a stolen tag someone had put on it.
