Just after 11:30 a.m., officers responded to the Save A Lot on Gallia for a report of a woman slumped over in a minivan with a man acting strangely in the back.

When officers arrived o the scene, they discovered the woman was leaning between the seats clipping her toenails, and the man was in the back of the van folding laundry.
Police also discovered the van did not have a valid registration and advised the pair they needed to get a license plate ASAP.
