A few days ago, we told you about a stranger entering a home and having a snack. Now, the story turns to naptime.
Police were called to a Rose Street home for a bizarre incident just before 9 p.m. A woman said a strange man walked into her mother’s house, got himself a glass of water, and then laid down in the bedroom for a 7-hour nap.
Upon further investigation, officers learned the man was at the home cutting the grass and was allowed in for a drink of water. He fell asleep on the bed.
The man’s mother came to pick him up. He said he would return the next day for his mower.
