Margaret Breeze, 47 of Brown County is charged with: child endangering, kidnapping and felonious assault.

Investigators found the female student, 11 in deplorable conditions.
According to Zac Corbin, Brown County Prosecutor, the girl had been these conditions at least the past three years.
Corbin also disclosed, she was forced to wear a diaper, sleep in a locked trailer, and was being monitored by cameras.
Court officials state the young victim is now doing better and has gained weight.
