Teen Cuts Off Ankle Monitor, Heads To East End
Just after 5:30 pm, police responded to a report that a 14-year-old cut off their ankle monitor and took off in the direction of the East End.
Officers searched the area for the child and caught up with the troubled teen on 7th Street.
Assault Reported on Waller Street
Just after 12:30 am, a caller reported that a man in a black Impala was following a woman walking on Waller Street.
The caller said the man kept getting out of the vehicle and assaulting the woman.
Police were unable to locate the man.
