Teen Threatens Family With Knife
Portsmouth Officer responded to a report of an unruly 14-year-old threatening their family with a knife just before 5:30 p.m.
Officers took the child into custody and contacted representatives of the Juvenile Court. An officer transported the teen to a holding location and took information for a report.
