- Primary Care & Wellness Exams
Get checked for high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, and more.
Work and school physicals are available too.
- Immunizations
Keep your vaccines up to date — for kids and adults.
- HIV & STD Testing & Education
Free or low-cost testing for HIV, syphilis, Hepatitis C, and other STDs.
They even help connect you to treatment and prevention programs like PrEP and PEP.

💰 What If I Don’t Have Insurance?
No problem. The clinic accepts most major insurance plans. But if you’re uninsured, you can still get care thanks to a sliding fee scale — meaning your cost is based on what you can afford. You might be eligible for up to 40% off with proof of income.
Plus, the department has a Certified Application Counselor (CAC) on staff who can help you sign up for Medicaid or Affordable Care Act Marketplace insurance. Just ask!
