According to the State of Ohio, four convicted sex offenders who are required to register their whereabouts with the state have failed to comply with the terms of their release. Let’s break down who they are.
We’ll start with Christopher Anderson, whose last known address was the Super 8 on US 23. The 39-year-old man was convicted of 4th Degree Sexual Assault back in 2009 and released from jail in 2011.
The state describes him as a white male with a scar on his neck from a stabbing and a scar on his head from a car wreck.
We’ve told you about Patricia Barrett before. She was convicted of importuning and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles back in 2009.
She failed to properly register last year and officers discovered her living on the street after responding to a report of a suspicious person at 11th and Washington Streets. At the time, she was arrested for failing to register. Barrett was arrested for criminal trespass back in June and for parole violation in March of 2022. Previous arrests include unlawful sexual acts with a minor, disseminating matter harmful to a child, importuning, drug possession, multiple counts of parole violation, failure to appear, and criminal trespass.
Johnathon Byers, whose last known address was in New Boston, was convicted of unlawful sexual contact with a minor back in 2008.
The 48-year-old man has tattoos on his bicep and upper arm.
Samuel McCallister, whose last known address was on Kendall Avenue, was convicted of a child sex offense.
According to the state database he also goes by the “Red.”
