A thief didn’t do a very good job of covering their tracks after making off with some roofing in West Union.
Witnesses spotted a man with a white truck stealing green metal roofing. The guy later posted the roofing for sale on the Lucasville Picker Site.
Officers were able to obtain his address and went looking for him there. However, he was not home.
The incident remains under investigation.
