Just after 9 am, a Farley Square resident called 911 to report that someone had slashed their tires and thrown plants from their porch.
Officers weren’t able to determine if the tires were punctured or deflated. The vehicle owner said they’d put air in the tire to see if there were holes and then file the police report.
Another Farley Square resident called the police just after 10 am to report that someone had stolen their patio furniture. Police took information for a report. Around 12:50 pm, the resident reported they’d located their patio furniture at a Robinson Avenue apartment.
PPD officers responded to the scene and arrested Robert Davis for theft. They booked him into the Scioto County Jail.
