Tommy Lee Adams, born December 19th, 1974, passed away July 9th, 2026, at University Hospital Cleveland Medical Center after a sudden illness.
He is preceded in death by his parents Earl and Mary Adams, as well as 3 siblings Bryan Adams, Norma Trapp, and Robert Adams.
Born and raised in the rolling hills of Southern Ohio, Tommy was known for his love for his family, friends, and fast cars. He was love in action, truly embodying the phrase “I’m only a phone call away.” He was a jack of all trades, most recently working as an electrical assistant but had a lifelong passion and talent as a mechanic. Tommy lived life one day at a time, you know what I mean? He found joy in simple pleasures, creating memories, and telling stories, leaving an impact that will echo in the hearts of those who loved him.
He will be fondly remembered by his 2 children Dylanne Adams and Tommy Adams, 5 grandchildren Avery, Riley, and Rowan Adams and Dakota and Delilah Adams-Meadows, sister Tammy (Doug) Monk, along with many other special friends and family.
