Portsmouth Police answered a call from the Taco Bell just before 3:30 pm. The restaurant said there was a man inside the store who they had previously barred from the premises, and he had refused to leave.
When officers arrived on the scene, the manager said the man took off when he heard the manager on the phone with the police.

Once again, the management at Taco Bell dealt with an unwanted visitor who refused to leave the building.
When an officer arrived on the scene around 5 pm and advised the man to leave, he complied. Police gave the manager a trespass form and told them to call them if the man returned so they could officially serve the papers.
