Officers took two wanted individuals into custody after a traffic stop on Kendall Avenue right after 1:30 a.m.
Police arrested Destiny Collins on an open warrant for theft and booked her into the Scioto County Jail. Her companion, Jesse Miller was also picked up an open warrant.
Miller has previous arrests for possessing drug abuse instruments, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of drugs, probation violation, driving without a license, OVI, and contempt.
Police arranged for the vehicle to be towed and took both individuals to the Scioto County Jail.
