Two suspects charged in a major Wayne Hills shooting case have rejected plea deals that would have sent them to prison for 18 and 22 years, according to Scioto County Common Pleas Court records.
Colten Harmon, 20, rejected a plea agreement calling for an 18-year prison sentence.

Both cases are currently set for jury trial on January 25, 2027.
A third defendant, Angelina Lopez, 21, has also been offered a plea deal, but court records show that offer remains pending while discussions continue.
Her jury trial is also currently set for January 25 if no agreement is reached.

What We Told You Before
SCDN first reported on the case after the Wayne Hills shooting and the arrests that followed.
Harmon later appeared in Portsmouth Municipal Court, where a judge ordered him held in the Scioto County Jail under bond.
Court records also show Harmon had a prior aggravated menacing arrest in 2024, though that case was later dismissed.
Now both men have turned down lengthy prison deals and are keeping their cases headed toward trial.
Russell rejected 22 years.
Harmon rejected 18 years.
Lopez still has a plea offer on the table.
Unless something changes before then, all three cases are currently headed for a January jury trial.
The charges are allegations, and all three defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
