Portsmouth police arrested a woman after officers were flagged down on 5th Street for a report of underage drinking and fighting.
The call came just after 1:30 a.m.
Several people waved down an officer and reported that underage drinking and fighting were happening at a nearby address.
A third-party caller later told police she was a friend of a resident who had allegedly been assaulted by her aunt. The caller also said the aunt had pulled a BB gun on her.
According to the police log, the caller said she was outside when it happened, but her boyfriend witnessed the incident.
Police said the people involved would not provide their names.
Officers collected items for impound and took one woman into custody.
Police arrested Krystal Diaz on charges of domestic violence and probation violation.
Diaz was booked into the Scioto County Jail.
