Just after 8 pm, deputies responded to a report of vandalism at the Rarden Community Center.
Witnesses said someone had smashed in the door with a brick. They didn’t know if anyone was inside the building.

Dispatch advised witnesses to wait and not enter the building until a deputy arrived. An officer responded to the scene and searched the building. However, there was no one inside.
