Vaughn Ray Chamberlin, 86, of Wheelersburg, passed away Monday, August 11, 2025 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth.

Born March 22, 1939 in Wheelersburg, a son of the late William and Deliah (Coriell) Chamberlin, he was owner and head mechanic for the former Chamberlin Sales & Service in Wheelersburg. He was a member of Union Free Will Baptist Church, a graduate of East High School, and at one time was employed for National Mine. He loved his wife, children and grandchildren, old cars, especially the 1957 T-Bird, NASCAR and his dogs.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, George & Evalyn Clark; Ruth (Ray) Ishmack Ronald Chamberlin; Geneene Collins, Bob & Sharon Clark.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Brenda (Clark) Chamberlin, whom he married on July 18, 1964; five daughters, Vonda (Brian) Hollbrook of Wheelersburg, Anita (Kevin) Noel of Portsmouth, Tansy (Eddie) Koster of Wheelersburg, Robin (Gregg) Lang, of Wheelersburg, Kassandra (Rod) Martin; 11 grandchildren, Ryan Hollbrook, Brendan Hollbrook, Amber Bodmer, Justin Tabor, Britney Frazier, Iscaak Koster, Jacob Lang, Todd Lang, Katy Martin, Lorelei Martin, Paige Martin; 10 great grandchildren, Eli, Owan, Brycen, Mason, Braxtan, Braelyn, Piper, Kayson, Aliza, Kase; and 2 special nephews, Dusty and Rocky Clark; six brothers and two sisters, Jack (Mary) Chamberlin, Randy (Connie) Chamberlin, Mark (Crystal) Chamberlin, Bill Chamberlin, Rod (Lynn) Chamberlin, Tim (Donna) Chamberlin, Karaleen (Bill) Thompson, Shirley White-Hoskins; sister-in-law, Kerry Ann Chamberlin and brother-in-law, Jim Collins.

Funeral services will be conducted 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 16, 2025 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Pastor Zach Conkel officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, and one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
