Vickie Jo Pettiford, 60 of West Portsmouth died Thursday, June 3, 2021, at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born December 1, 1960, in Cincinnati to the late Ronald and Marlene Pettiford.
Vickie is survived by a son, Shawn Richmond, a daughter, Melissa Bond, 5 grandchildren; James McKenzie, Brittany McKenzie, Shawna McKenzie, Chris Brown, and Katalina Brown, 3 great grandchildren; Mariah Richmond, Elijah Walk, and Liam Journey, and a sister, Connie Reeder.
