Vicky K. Adkins, 77, of Wheelersburg, OH, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, OH. She was born in Portsmouth, OH, on August 20, 1949, a daughter of the late Everett and Grace Maddix Adkins.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by one great-grandchild, T.J. Caudill, and two sisters, Lee Lewis and Diane Lewis.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband of 48 years, Samuel Adkins; one son, Michael (Ronda) Adkins; two grandchildren, Grace (Michael) Caudill and Michael Adkins; three great-grandchildren, Owen Adkins, Paisley Adkins, and Hudson Adkins; one granddaughter-in-law, Jozie Craft; and several other family and friends who will sadly miss her.
A private graveside service was held on Monday, September 28, 2026, at Siloam Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore, KY, cared for arrangements.
