Vincent Samuel Dean Ruggles, the one-month-old son of Timothy and Courtney Ruggles, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2023. He was born on December 4, 2022, in Portsmouth.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Andrew Shepherd, Harold and Ardell Scaff, Mildren and James Stapleton, and a cousin Nathan Stapleton.
Along with his parents, Vincent is survived by grandparents: Mike and Tonya Ruggles, Angela Ruggles, Sherry Scaff, and Robert Sperry, great-grandmaw Barbara Shepherd, along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Saturday, January 14, 2023, at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth, with Mike Bentley officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday starting at 2:00 PM. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
