Wanda Arlene Parsons Keibler, 89, of South Shore, Kentucky, passed away on November 21, 2025. Wanda was born on Leatherwood in Greenup County, KY, on April 25, 1936, to the late Woodrow and Pearl Jarrolds Parsons. In addition to her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Wanda is survived by her loving husband of 71 years, Donald Henry Keibler, a Navy Veteran, their three children, Kathy (Kurt) Adkins of Houston, TX, Kenny (Kara) Keibler of Lloyd, and Anthony (Mandy) Keibler of South Shore. She is also survived by grandchildren Matthew Keibler, Derek Keen, Courtney Vastine O’Neil, Gage Keibler, Jacob Keibler, and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by sisters Rita Stapleton and Glenda Turner, several nieces and nephews, and other family members.
Wanda was a devoted homemaker, loved playing bingo and playing cards with family and friends, and was proud of her world-class fried chicken. She was a member of the Women’s Auxiliary at the South Shore American Legion and Schultz Creek New Bethlehem Church for many years.
Funeral Services will be at 12 P.M. on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Morton-Hunt Family Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with Don Seevers officiating. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Northeast in Grayson, KY. Visitation for family and friends will be on Tuesday at the funeral home from 11 A.M. until the funeral hour.
