A caller contacted officers to report that a man with an open warrant for a probation violation was at the back door of a PMHA apartment on 14th Street.
They described him as shirtless, wearing shorts, with multiple face and neck tattoos and three lip piercings. Officers caught up with Christopher Conely and took him into custody for a probation violation.
This was his 20th trip to the Scioto County Jail. Previous arrests include multiple probation violations, obstructing official business, possession of drug abuse instruments, aggravated trafficking, disorderly conduct, burglary, assault, and petty theft.
