Portsmouth, Ohio Police officers took a wanted man into custody after a caller tipped them off to an issue outside a local rehab facility.
The witness said Jeffery Holbert was outside the building attempting to start a fight with another man.
Officers detained Holbert and discovered he had an open warrant with the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office.
Police arrested Holbert on probation violation charges and a Domestic Relations Court contempt charge. Police arrested Holbert back in November of last year for violating a protection order, probation violation, and escape. Back then, he served 73 days.
Bond was set at $1,000 for the contempt charge.
