An angry grandma contacted the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office to report an incident involving lost money at a Wheelersburg business.
She said her granddaughter dropped some money inside the store and they were unable to find it. The store manager reviewed the store surveillance video and identified the woman who picked up the money and left the store.
The manager called the woman, however, she refused to return the money.
