Two days after what some are calling a mysterious, unannounced hospital visit, President Trump’s physician issued a statement late last night calling the visit “routine”.

The White House denied he was treated for an emergency.

“Despite some of the speculation, the president has not had any chest pain, nor was he evaluated or treated for any urgent or acute issues,” Cmdr. Sean P. Conley, the president’s Navy physician, wrote in a statement released by the White House overnight. “Specifically, he did not undergo any specialized cardiac or neurologic evaluations.”

Mr. Trump was taken to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in his motorcade but the trip was not on his public schedule.

Mr. Trump, 73, is listed as 6 ft 3 in and a weight of 243 pounds. Dr. Conley reported is cholesterol had reduced from 196 to 165. He also released that his LDL numbers had come down from 122 to 84. The Dr. did not release any other information.

In the release, Dr. Conley labeled the visit as “a routine, planned interim checkup as part of the regular, primary preventative care he receives throughout the year.” He revealed the appointment was not announced in advance “due to scheduling uncertainties,”.
