Window Falls From Marting’s Building, Hits Vehicle 

Part of the former Marting’s building broke free and landed on a vehicle just before 1 pm.  

Officers learned a window in the former department store had been blown out onto the street after a gust of wind.  

Police determined it was a civil issue.
