A citizen called police to report a man dragging a woman near the underpass on Offnere Street. Police caught up with the pair near Sherwin Williams.

The man said he was attempting to get the woman back into their vehicle to return home to Sciotoville. When police told the man, his wife was going to speak privately with an officer, the man said that no one could keep him from his wife.

The woman told an officer that her husband had not physically assaulted her but that he will not leave her alone and she has no place to go. She said his moods change frequently due to a brain injury and mental issues.
