Officers Arrested a 22-year-old woman for domestic violence after an incident at Shawnee State University.
A man called police just before 3 am to say a woman attacked him and ripped his shirt. When officers responded to the scene, they determined the woman was the primary aggressor in the incident.
Police arrested Alexis Shepherd on domestic violence charges and booked her into the Scioto County Jail. Shepherd was also arrested on the same charge back in July of 2022 as well as for furnishing a minor with alcohol.
