Portsmouth Police Officers arrested a woman with a history of causing trouble on a charge of menacing just after 2 pm. Police took Tasia Miller, 25, into custody on an open warrant after picking her up at a PMHA apartment. Miller has previous arrests for domestic violence, violating a TPO, and menacing.
