Woman Arrested In Connection With Child Rape Case

Smith Rape Case
The Pike County Sheriff’s Office arrested a woman in connection with her actions involving a child rape case. Pike County Deputies took Niccole C. Deputies arrested Smith, 32, back in October after a juvenile contacted police and informed them that Smith had been sexually assaulting her since she was 14.

Deputies transported Ms. Smith to the Pike County Sheriff Office and later to the Butler County Jail. On Monday, December 21, a court set her bond at $41,500.  The Pike County Sheriff’s Office said the children involved in the child rape case are now safe.

Ms. Smith isn’t the only arrest this month involving sex crimes against kids.
