Woman Assaulted With Bottle in Wheelersburg
Just after midnight, Scioto County Sheriff’s Deputies and medics responded to a Wheelersburg address after a woman said she was assaulted with a bottle and her head was now bleeding.
The woman refused treatment from the medics. Officers headed to the home where the assault allegedly took place and learned the victim had a TPO against the suspect. Also, they discovered an open warrant for the suspect and took her into custody.
Stalker Threatens to Burn Down House
A Franklin Furnace resident called 911 at 2 am to report that a person they had filed a protection order against was banging on their door.
Another caller said the woman was now kicking on the door and had previously made threats to burn the home down.
Officers learned the suspect had an open warrant with the Scioto County Sheriff’s Office and had a stalking order filed against her.
Police searched the area, but were unable to locate her.
