Just before 3 am, a man contacted Portsmouth Police Officers to report there was a woman hitting his white Ford Focus with a 2 x 4 on Kent Street.
He didn’t have a clear description of the vandal. When officers arrived, she was nowhere to be found. They took information for a report and impounded a 2 x 4.

Four hours later, a Thomas Avenue woman called the police because she thought someone had slashed her tire. The officer didn’t see any damage to the tire, but they did follow the woman to Speedway and helped her inflate the tire enough to make it to a tire shop for repairs.
