A woman left something unusual behind at a local business just before 4 pm.
Employees at JTs Garage said a woman in a pink tank top cut off her ankle monitor and left it on the counter. The woman then took off walking up Findlay Street.
An officer went to the business to impound the ankle monitor; however, it did not appear to be a brand used by any local law enforcement agencies.
Police were unable to locate the woman.
