Police responded to Wayne Hills at 11:56 am, after residents said a woman who had been barred from PHMA property had set up housekeeping on someone else’s patio.
They said she’s set up a couch, blankets, and other property near someone’s shed. Witnesses said the woman was high on drugs and bothered tenants all weekend.
Officers took a woman into custody for criminal trespass and a probation violation. This was Isasia Craft’s 31st trip to the Scioto County Jail.

Previous arrests include multiple counts of probation violation, multiple counts of criminal trespass, multiple counts of assault, escape, endangering children, drugs, grand theft auto, failure to appear, theft, possession of drug abuse instruments, and failure to appear.
