Just before 3 am, witnesses reported an intoxicated woman running from her husband on Chillicothe Street. Officers caught up with the woman at 5th and Chillicothe, and she left the area with a sober family member.
Witnesses said they weren’t sure what happened to the husband and that he was last spotted walking across the bridge. Police could not locate him.

Around 6 a.m., employees at OSCO Industries in Chillicothe said a man kept walking under a crane and claimed that two men had chased him. He refused to leave the business.
When officers spoke to the man, they determined he was likely having mental health issues. They called a cab for him.
