Woman Found On the Ground in Tracy Park
Just after 7 am, Portsmouth Police Officers investigated a woman lying on the ground in Tracy Park who was not moving.
Police discovered the woman was asleep.
She told them she was waiting for a friend to pick her up.
Officers advised her not to sleep in the park.
