Woman Pulled From Mound Park Dumpster
Just before noon on Monday, officers responded to a report of someone waving a hand from inside a black dumpster in Mound Park.
When officers arrived at the scene, they took Tiffany Copas into custody for criminal trespass, obstructing official business, drug possession, and probation violation.
Police arrested her back in September for failure to appear and in July on a theft charge.
