A 13-year-old victim called 911 claiming he was attacked by several people at a 7th Street home. The victim told officers the people inside claimed to have money for him but had lied to lure him inside.
Police sent for an ambulance but saw no sign of injuries on the boy, and he refused to go to the hospital.
A woman inside the home said the boy had been invited inside by her little brother but that no physical fight occurred.

Police contacted the boy’s father, who came to pick him up and take him home.
