When the police arrived, they found the door to be opened and discovered Holsinger inside.
On September 9, just before 3:30 am, officers answered a call that led to an arrest in connection with the murder. New Boston Police spotted a car parked in a lot in Wayne Hills. The recognized it as a vehicle belonging to a murder suspect in a homicide investigation and followed it.
The New Boston Officer didn’t have probable cause for a stop and his lieutenant told him to back off. Multiple PPD units caught up with the vehicle at the Royal Inn a few minutes later. Police arrested the Louderback on an existing bench warrant and took him to jail. They also dropped a woman off in Franklin Furnace.
They executed a search warrant on a motel room and the vehicle. Officers were at the Royal Inn for nine hours.
