Ohio Water Park Troubled with Assaults, Rapes, and a Shooting
Kalahari Water Park in Ohio has had 150 calls since the year began, including a shooting.
There were seven sexual assaults, ten disorderly conduct incidents, and 13 incidents of domestic violence.
This case involves an unconscious woman who was slammed to the ground as a result of a large fight.
In the violent scuffle, the footage shows Brittany Cabay, 23, landing punches and being knocked out.
After the fight at Kalahari Water Park in Sandusky, Ohio, Cabay and another fighter Zackary Colzin, 24, were arrested.
According to reports, the fight broke out when someone jumped in line for a water park ride.
In two videos, you can see at least ten young people in bathing suits arguing shortly before fights break out.
The staff members in lifeguard shirts tried to diffuse the situation.
During the video, the viewer can see Zackary Colzin punching one of the fighters, who then attacks Cabay.
Brittany Cabay and Zackary Colzin were both treated for injuries and then arrested.
According to the charges, she engaged in continued disorderly conduct while intoxicated, resisted arrest, and failed to disclose personal information.
The charges against him include assault on a peace officer, assault on a water park employee, disorderly conduct while drunk, resisting arrest, and failure to divulge personal information.
In addition, Colzin had an outstanding warrant for car theft.
Erie County Ohio Sheriff Paul Sigsworth said they, of course, would continue to respond to calls for service at this troubled property. However, they are now working with other agencies and property management to try and curb the current trend of crime and malfeasance.
