Just before 10 pm, officers responded to North Hill Road for a report of a disturbing assault on a toddler. A woman told police her drunk husband pulled a knife on her, choked her, and shoved their one-year-old child.
Officers detained the man and spoke to a representative of CPS. Police took information for a report.

Police were called back to the scene when the woman claimed he had returned to the home around 2 am and was banging on the doors.
Neighbors told police they saw the man drive by the home multiple times at a high rate of speed. When police spoke to the man at his parents’ home, he said he was home the entire time.
